energetic healing
In her Energetic Healing Sessions, Georgia combines her intuition and her intention to assist with balancing energy on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual planes that are presenting in the body as a “stress”. A session can help to restore the energy flow creating a balance of “over-energies” (eg a heightened response) and “under energies” (eg lethargy, inaction) to help bring the body back to equilibrium.

Sound events offer with a range of metal and crystal bowls, tinctures, tongue drum, koshi chimes, Meridian TCM tuning forks and chakra chimes.

Lomi Lomi Spiritual Hawaiian Massage offers an Aloha experience, that of of unconditional love that sweeps the body and the senses with a touch that speaks the language of love.

Enza and I will be teaming for a soothing, healing, calming Sound Bath and yin experience at Prana House. Be prepared to open your heart welcoming love, empathy and joy release, let go and immerse yourself in the frequencies through a guided yin smell and sound practice.
kinesiology workshop and healing event
Coming Feb/ March 2025
Shelby Troy and I will be teaming up again next year in Feb/March to host a workshop based around healing the “inner child”. We will include an information talk around muscle testing (bio-feedback body system) &mudras (our energetic finger mode language). We’ll be deep diving into a healing session, with a guided healing visualisation to journey with your inner child to invite calmness and wisdom as you help heal inner wounds. Join us on the mat for this interactive healing event.
Yin Pin & sound - healing grief

A collaboration with the beautiful Liah, our TCM practitioner at Prana House. Liah will be activating some points with acupuncture as we invite some restorative yin poses to activate the METAL element. Metal is associated with the feelings of grief, sadness, despair and loss. Feeling into energies around people we have lost, change of systems and belief systes, exploring the cycle of death and rebirth.
We will travel through the 5 elements with a yin pose for each. We invite you to drop into some energetic shifts as you immerse in the energies that influence and assist to balance and heal grief. We will support the healing with acupressure and the vibrational healing sounds of Meridian Tuning forks.
