Georgia focuses on the use of breath techniques and pose alignment combining her underpinning knowledge of the human body and her understanding that each individual's body is unique and that alignment has many faces.
Breath work, using traditional pranayama practices helps to activate the parasympathetic (rest and digest) state, as well as distributing Prana - vital life force throughout our trillions of cells. Georgia uses techniques known to tone the vagus nerve encouraging greater clarity and enhanced functioning of the cardiovascular, repiratory and digestive system.
